Backed by the construction, investment and financial strength of the United House Group, we specialise in developments that embrace both private and public sectors, including mixed use and mixed tenure. We are turning brownfield sites and conversion projects into sustainable new communities, often working in partnership with other developers, land owners, housing associations and local authorities.

Recently completed developments include Central St Giles (Covent Garden), Arundel Square (Islington) and Clapham One.

Current developments include Paul Street (Shoreditch) and The Fold (Sidcup), both newly completed with the last few units remaining to buy. Paynes & Borthwick Wharves (West Greenwich) was launched in March 2013 and City North (Islington), The Deptford Project and Trenchard House (Soho) are due to start on site in 2013.
