An appropriately qualified workforce is vital to the ongoing success of our business. We train and develop our staff with the skills they need to perform their roles to the highest standards. On average each member of staff receives three training sessions per year. We also sponsor employees to undertake studies at various levels from NVQ to Masters.
Staff feedback on their training and development, through an annual Employee Opinion Survey, which generated an 88% response rate in 2012. We also hold a staff conference every two years, where the senior management team outlines the direction of the Company and our future and where staff have the opportunity to input into this.
We have achieved Best Companies One Star Status and remain committed to attaining the Investors in People standard.
