United House's new build expertise includes the delivery of more than 750 well designed, high quality and sustainable social and private residential homes a year.

This includes luxury private apartments in sought-after locations, homes for social rent and shared ownership, keyworker and student accommodation and extra care homes for older and disabled people.

These may be stand alone sites, part of major regeneration programmes or mixed-use and mixed-tenure schemes designed to create successfully integrated developments, incorporating hotel and leisure, public amenities, retail and commercial space.

We are able to offer expert consultancy, planning, and design & build construction services to our clients in the private and public sectors.

We recognise that successful new build needs innovation in design and specification, build and process, and also has to challenge established thinking to address the demands of fuel poverty and carbon reduction.

Recent examples of our innovation in an ever-changing market place include Clapham One, where we have delivered a mixed leisure, library, medical, and residential development that is re-energising the local High Street. At Tottenham Hale Village we are creating an entirely new neighbourhood from scratch, and a new community in the heart of Southwark’s regeneration area for Notting Hill Housing in Grange Walk, Bermondsey.
