Since our formation in 1964 the business has grown year on year and this continued success comes from aligning the business with the needs of our clients in the public and private sectors and positioning ourselves at the leading-edge of the housing sector to become a contractor that is able to design, build and maintain the assets of our clients.

We believe our combination of entrepreneurial flair, financial strength, technical skills and enthusiasm for strategic partnership working is unique in our sector.

Health & Safety remains our most important consideration and our performance is in the industry top quartile. We have a proactive CSR programme and, together with the communities in which we are working, our aim is to leave a lasting legacy long after our projects have been delivered.

In September 2014, United House Limited merged with Bullock Construction to form United Living Group, with the vision to become the national market leader in the provision of affordable housing and sustainable solutions.
