Porteus Road
This £3.45 million design and build partnership scheme between United House and Network Housing Association comprised the construction of a nine-storey residential landmark tower block and a group of terraced houses on a difficult triangular site purchased by United House.

  Lewey House
A negotiated scheme with North British Housing Associated for the complete refurbishment and modernization of a 24-storey tower block that had been empty for over eight years. The project was started 14 days after contract and completed 56 weeks later

      Carnwath Road
A £3.6 million design and build partnership scheme between United House and Network Housing Association. United House secured the land and constructed 42 flats in three and four storey blocks and 22 three-storey houses together with car parks, roads and landscaping. Network then passed 28 units, including three mobility units for the disabled, to John Groom and Arhag Housing Associations and retained two mobility units.

Regency Street
This £2.75 million public/private partnership scheme between United House and Network Housing Association comprised the conversion of a 1960's office building into a range of one, two and three bedroom apartments on five floors with associated car parking at basement and ground floor levels.

Network Housing Association took 14 flats for shared ownership with 26 being sold privately by Regency Developments - a wholly owned subsidiary of United House. The two parts of the scheme have separate entrances on adjacent streets.


   



 
Kirby Street
United House acquired a sub -standard 1950's office block in Kirby St EC1, situated in the former gardens of historic Hatton House , which gave its name to London's famous jewellery district. United House obtained consent to demolish the office block and construct a new building comprising 21 flats on six upper floors with a retail unit on the ground floor and a basement workshop. The reinforced concrete framed building was developed for Network H.A. and the affordable accommodation provided included units for families and disabled users.

      Ambrosden Hostel
United House were chosen in competition by Westminster City Council to work in partnership on the £3.5 million conversion of a Grade II Victorian former metropolitan section house into a mixed council nominee and private residential block of flats. United House provided a complete financial package for the scheme.
