Old Park The £3.3 million general refurbishment of 115 houses and 18 flats including new roofs, windows, kitchens, plumbing, sanitary ware, heating installations and full decoration. White City The White City Estate (2,500 two and three bedroom flats) was awarded Estate Action funding for a phased programme of major enveloping and external improvement works. The Mansions Full external and internal refurbishment of 45 Edwardian flats for Notting Hill Housing Trust. External works include the replacement of timber windows; renewal of tiled and asphalt roofs including associated flashings; brick and stonework cleaning and repairs; sundry metalwork and general decoration and associated works. Internally, replacement kitchen and bathroom packages are being installed along with soundproofing, thermal dry lining and new central heating. All flats are being re-wired and entry phones, fire alarms, security lighting, new entrance doors installed. |

Lansdowne Green Following the transfer of the estate from London Borough of Lambeth to Horizon Housing Group, United House was chosen via competitive tender to carry out Phases 4,5 and 6 of this £15 million major refurbishment project on a full partnering basis. Work includes new roofs; brick cleaning, landscaping, new lifts to tower blocks and new cold water tanks. Internally, replacement kitchens and bathrooms are being installed along with a new door entry system. All flats are being re-wired.
